1. Digital Services Are Non-Refundable
All services offered by VelinorAI Solutions — including AI chatbot development, AI voice agents, automation workflows, custom AI systems, consulting, and digital deliverables — are non-refundable once work has begun.
Because these are digital, time-based, and custom-made services, refunds cannot be issued after:
Work has started
Any resources, research, or development has been initiated
Any deliverables, drafts, or access have been provided
This policy protects the time, planning, and technical work invested in your project.
2. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services (if applicable):
You may cancel at any time.
Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No partial or prorated refunds are offered for unused time.
It is your responsibility to manage and monitor your subscription.
3. 24-Hour Grace Period (Only Before Work Begins)
If you made a purchase by mistake or want to cancel immediately, you may request cancellation within 24 hours only if our team has not started the work.
Once work begins, the order becomes fully non-refundable.
4. Client Delays or Failure to Provide Inputs
If a project is delayed because:
The client does not respond
Required materials are not provided
Approvals are not given
…this does not qualify for a refund.
We will hold the project for up to 30 days.
If no response is received after 30 days, the project will be marked as completed and closed.
5. Failed Payments or Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting our support team may result in:
Permanent termination of access to our services
Suspension of current and future projects
Legal review for fraudulent claims

6. Project Cancellation by VelinorAI Solutions
We reserve the right to cancel a project under rare conditions such as:
Fraudulent activity
Abuse of team members
Illegal or unethical business requests
Non-payment or failed charges
If a cancellation is initiated from our side before work begins, a full refund may be issued.
If work has already started, no refund will be provided.
7. Processing Time for Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved (only in the narrow cases listed above):
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
It may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer
